WHAT WE DO
As Memphis Surgery Associates, we are a group of surgeons who specialize in a variety of General, Peripheral Vascular, Oncologic, and Colorectal surgical procedures with members who have had advanced Fellowship training in these subspecialty areas. We have practiced in the Memphis area since 1966, and we provide our patients with highest quality surgical care.
     The following information briefly outlines the scope of the procedures that we provide.

Bariatric Surgery

Bariatric Surgery is surgery used to help in the management and control of excessive weight. Overweight patients who have been evaluated and found to be candidates for this type of surgery may be referred to us for their operative procedures. The Bariatric surgeons in our group have had specialized training in performing these procedures through small 'Band-Aid' incisions, and the techniques they employ are quite different from older forms of open operations for overweight patients.
